Electronic documents (Edocs) are emailed when the reservation is paid in full. If you prefer paper documents, you may select them during the booking process and they will be sent via first-class mail to you or your travel agent. When you receive your documents, be sure to RECONFIRM EVERYTHING - dates, gateway, destination, hotel, spelling of names to ensure they match your passport. Although charging your credit card officially confirms your reservation, you have a greater chance of avoiding costly penalties if you catch any errors within 24-hours of the reservation being created. If there are any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately. Bring a copy of your edocs with you to the airport.
